Robert A. Madarasz
President

Robert Madarasz founded ENVIROspect in 1997. His primary responsibilities include the management & administration of corporate and business development. Prior to starting ENVIROspect, Mr. Madarasz was a Project/Operations Manager for two other leading Long Island based environmental firms responsible for Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), air duct cleaning and mechanical hygiene services. His responsibilities included project management, estimating, marketing and sales.

Mr. Madarasz also has 12 years experience in building and property management. As Assistant Vice President of Property Management for a large Northeast Real Estate Management Company his responsibilities included staffing, contract bidding and administration for building maintenance and construction. Additionally, his experience includes Building/Facilities Management in which he directed the maintenance, operations and construction for over 800,000 square feet of office buildings for a Long Island Defense Contractor.

As a lifelong resident of Smithtown, NY, Mr. Madarasz remains active within the community. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Smithtown Chamber of Commerce and is past president of the Smithtown Booster Club.

Larry A. Vetter
Vice President Environmental Services

Larry Vetter has over 20 years experience in the environmental industry. He joined ENVIROspect in September 2000 as Vice President of Environmental Services. His responsibilities include directing day to day operations, project management, business development and research & development.

Mr. Vetter has extensive experience in the areas of mold investigations, indoor air quality assessments, oil spill response, shoreline remediation and biohazard clean-up. Mr. Vetter has lectured, written published articles and provided expert testimony on mold investigations and remediation. He has been very pro-active in promoting proper mold testing methodologies in this non-regulated faction of the environmental industry.

Prior to joining ENVIROspect, Mr. Vetter was Senior Project Manager for a large Long Island environmental firm responsible for site investigations and project management. His past duties included the position of Division Manager for a large Northeastern environmental emergency response remediation company. As such, he was responsible for client product development, branch interaction and establishment of the Long Island facility. He was the primary liaison with Federal, State and Local agencies.

Mr. Vetter is a resident of Smithtown, NY. He is active within the community as past Boy Scout Leader and Baseball Coach, and currently volunteers within his political party and religious affiliations.

James Rengstl
Environmental Scientist

Jim Rengstl joined ENVIROspect in March, 2006. As an Environmental Scientist, he is responsible for the oversight and execution of all Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments as well as all indoor air quality testing and sampling. Mr. Rengstl’s previous work experience includes field support such as air monitoring, well monitoring and sampling, project oversight and assistance in project related work. He also brings experience in geologic field mapping, seismic data collection and ground penetrating radar surveys. Mr. Rengstl received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Sciences from University at Buffalo.

Mr. Rengstl is a resident of Smithtown, NY, and as an Eagle Scout remains active within the community.

Gary Wilson
Project Supervisor

Gary Wilson joined ENVIROspect in January, 2006 as Project Supervisor. His responsibilities consist of oversight of all remediation projects. This includes the direction and coordination of labor, materials, equipment and vehicles. Mr. Wilson has over 25 years of experience in the execution of building maintenance and construction, almost exclusively in commercial and industrial facilities.

Mr. Wilson is a resident of East Meadow and is active within the youth sports program in his community.
